The “Project Management: Deep Dive” course is designed for those who aspire to enhance their skills in professional project and team management. Throughout the training, you will structure your existing experience, gain systematic and practical knowledge of key project management tools and processes, learn to build effective communication within teams, and maintain collaborative relationships with clients and other stakeholders.
Participants of the course will receive 44 PDU (Professional Development Units) within the framework of continuous education at the Project Management Institute (PMI) for PMP, PgMP, and PMI-ACP certifications.

How it works?

The Project Management: Deep Dive course includes theory, practical case studies, homework assignments, and test questions covering various types of projects: predictive (Waterfall), Agile, and hybrid. The course also encompasses the best tools for organizing and facilitating team work regardless of the format in which you work (offline or online).
The program is based on PMBOK (Project Management Body of Knowledge), the Scrum Guide, best international practices in project management, the experience of PMOs in leading global companies, as well as the practical experience and knowledge of the trainer. This will provide you with tools that are effective in today’s project environment. Information is presented by the trainer in a positive, easy-to-remember, and highly applicable manner.

Each session is 4 hours long and packed with practical tasks. You will have the opportunity to immediately apply new tools and techniques in practice, helping to reinforce the theoretical knowledge gained. The course starts with the basics of project management and gradually covers all its aspects.

  • Types of projects: Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid.
  • Project vs product;
  • Project phases, project/product lifecycle, SDLC in software development;
  • Processes in project management;
  • Tailoring. Choosing the project type: Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid;
  • Project constraints (PM triangle: traditional vs Agile, project constraints);
  • Influence of internal and external organizational environment on project activities;
  • Types of organizational structures with project management functions;
  • Optimal set of project documentation;
  • Three-level project management model, methodologies used at each level, Program Management, Lean Portfolio Management.

Key practical exercises of the module: defining course goals and expectations, project vs operational activities, project cycle vs product cycle, identifying the project you will work on within the course with a team, setting SMART project goals, determining project type, determining the type of organizational structure of the company based on a provided case study; examples of PMP exam questions on the topic.

2. Alternative option

Can I receive an invoice for payment from a legal entity?

Yes, we can issue an invoice for payment from a legal entity and, if necessary, sign a service agreement with the client.

To receive an invoice, please contact our managers via email or phone.

To speed up the document preparation process, please include the following information in your message:

  • company legal name,

  • number of participants,
  • contact details.

Our managers will promptly prepare all the required documents for you.

What happens after payment?

1. Participation confirmation

After successful payment, we receive a notification from the payment system.

2. Event reminder

6–7 days before the event, you will receive a reminder email with all details, including:

  • date and time,
