Alyona has been working in IT since 2005 while holding managerial posts since 2006. Her career path started as an employee at Support Department and went on to Project Manager and Head of Office. Her experience includes working for outsourcing, outstaffing, and product IT companies.
Besides managing projects and people, she was developing education systems. Alyona holds trainings and coaching on flexible methodologies of development, management, motivation and career growth. Among other achievements, Alyona founded Kyiv branch of an outsourcing company. For the past 5 years, she has been keen on Agile transformation and consulting management, Scrum implementation, Kanban frameworks and adapting them to business limitations of companies. She works with both IT and non-IT companies on implementing flexible approaches, works on creating a SAFe Ukraine community, hosts ITKaiZenClub meetings, is a spokesperson at the conferences dedicated to project management, business analysis, and product management.

Roman has over 15 years of experience in IT industry as a business analyst, manager of projects and products. He worked his way from a business analyst to the Head of a global competency of business analysis at EPAM with over two thousand analysts. He is a co-founder of E5 consulting and training company where he assists professionals as well as Ukrainian and international companies to build the processes of business analysis, and efficient product making. He is also a founder of an analytical community, monitoring programmes, and a lab for business analytics.

Roman is engaged into creating multimillion enterprise products as a business analyst of product and project manager. As one of the heads along with the team of volunteers at EPAM, Roman created a mobile application called Diia. He is an active participant of Ukrainian community for business analysists, a spokesperson at local and international conferences, a host of trainings and a consultant. Roman is a winner at the Ukrainian IT Awards 2014 in the nomination of Business Analysis. He has been certified according to the international standards: Leading SAFe®, Certified SAFe Product Owner / Product Manager, Certified ISPMA Product Manager, Agile Team Facilitation, Certified Scrum Master.

Oleksii Shebanov works in IT since 2005, in managerial positions since 2009: Program Manager, Lead Delivery Manager, Head of IT, Global Transformation Lead, Delivery Consultant, Scrum Master, Agile Coach, Head of PMO @ Vodafone, DTEK, GMS AG, Scalr, Ciklum, Intellias.

Portfolio includes projects in various areas: software development, IT infrastructure, ITIL / ITSM implementation, service monetization projects, PMO implementation, company certifications (Business Continuity, ISO, DataPrivacy), as well as business projects related to operational improvements, change management, transformation, and business continuity assurance.

In 2023, as Head of PMO at Intellias, obtained the "PMO of the Year Europe 2023" award for the company.

Mariia works for EPAM Systems as Lead Business Analyst. Her experience in IT is over 15 years, among which over 10 years as a business analyst. She is the author of a business analysis course, an active member and a spokesperson for business analysts’ community in Ukraine, a certified SAFe Product Owner/ Product Manager (4.5). She strongly believes that nothing is impossible for a highly intellectual person, and on condition that such a person is strongly motivated, this person will be capable of working wonders without having to harm the world we all live in.

Volodymyr started working for IT at the end of 2010. He took part in a number of projects as a business analyst, Product Manager, Project Manager. He was conducting business analysis at every stage of a software product development. Volodymyr developed business analysis processes for typical Scrum teams as well as the structure for collaboration in accordance with the requirements provided for allocated teams of several independent vendors.

Volodymyr implemented SCRUM for an onshore team. Performing the roles of a business analyst and a Product Manager, Volodymyr moderated the seminars on identifying and shaping ideas, supported prioritising and action taking on determining MVP for new products. He works on defining requirements, modelling and accompanying the process of development. He also prepared and performed UAT.

Volodymyr has experience in ERP, CRM, ERP, CRM, Warehousing, eGovernment, Healthcare, as well as experience using Scrum, Kanban та Waterfall methodologies. He has deep understanding of the models for solution architecture.

Boris is a Software development manager with a vast experience in software development. 10 years of his experience were dedicated to working as a programmer in different roles: Senior Software Developer, Lead Software Developer, Team Leader. Boris was actively participating in designing, building and developing big enterprise systems, start-ups, as well as in implementing advanced Agile practices in classical and cross-functional teams. In addition, he does mentoring and training for developers and testers.
Technical experience:
• Back-end development as well as front-end development using Java frameworks (GWT, ZKOSS), JS, React;
• Creating architecture and implementing package solutions for customers needs with further integration into software ecosystems;
• Refactoring, profiling, identifying and eliminating bottle necks in the existing systems;
• Building frameworks for simplifying the process of development and testing;

Boris will use simple terms to help top managers in IT understand all the technical details, as well as help increase communication efficiency within the teams of technical specialists.
