Part of the ability to perform better, faster, and cheaper comes from the ability to implement shared processes and practices across the entire organization.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>According to the <a href=\"https:\/\/wellingtone.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/03\/The-State-of-PM-2021.pdf\">latest international surveys<\/a>, 82% of organizations have at least one PMO in the company.<\/li>\n<li>PMI, based on the &#8220;Annual PMI Global Survey on Project Management,&#8221; identified a &#8220;High-performing project management office (PMO)&#8221; as <a href=\"https:\/\/www.pmi.org\/learning\/thought-leadership\/pulse\/power-skills-redefining-project-success\">one of the 10 key success factors for projects in 2023<\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The primary goal when creating a PMO (or its equivalent) in a company is often to ensure centralization and standardization within the organization.
