During this course, attendees gain an in-depth understanding of the qualities of high-performing Agile Teams, the ART and how it delivers value, and what they can do to effectively perform their role using Scrum, Kanban, and XP.<\/p>\n<p>SAFe for Teams will teach you all about your role on an Agile team and how your team works with others as part of an ART. You\u2019ll learn how to plan and execute work, how to apply Scaled Agile Framework<sup>\u00ae<\/sup> and Agile principles, and how to continuously improve. Attendees also learn how to write Stories and break down Features, plan and execute Iterations, and experience a PI Planning event.
